Abstracts must be prepared as a PDF file using the template provided for electronic submission, consult the Abstract Submission page. Submission is done via the CMT website. Your submission can be considered for a particular mini-symposium (MS), a standard session (SS), or for a poster presentation (P). The list of Mini-Symposia (scientific sessions) has been defined and can be consulted under Mini-symposia/Accepted mini-symposia.



Please also refer to the CMBE Publishing Policy. All papers submitted will be peer reviewed by members of the committees and session organisers. The conference chairs and permanent editorial board reserve the right of final decision on acceptance or rejection of papers.



Please note that the final acceptance of papers for presentation is conditional on (i) submitting a revised manuscript before the camera-ready submissiion deadline, where minor changes or revisions are required, and (ii) registering and paying the appropriate registration fee on or before the early bird registration deadline. Accepted papers will be published in the CMBE Proceedings series in print (ISSN 2227-3085) and in online (ISSN 2227-9385) format. Authors will be invited to submit full length papers to a special issues of the Wiley journal ‘International Journal for Numerical Methods in Biomedical Engineering’.
