The venues hosting the conference are: Sakura Kitchen, Sakura Hall (Sakura Hall Lobby, Sakura Hall Meeting room), Institute of Fluid Science (IFS Meeting room), Advanced Institute for Materials Research (AIMR Seminar room), Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials (IMRAM Meeting room) and Tokyo Electron House of Creativity (Tokyo Electron Meeting room). Please refer to the map at the end of this booklet. For information during the conference, please refer to the registration desk in the Sakura Hall Lobby.

The conference banquet will be held on Tuesday 11 June in the Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium (http://www.uminomori.jp/umino/en/index.html). Transportation to the Aquarium By bus is provided. Bus service starts at 18.00 from Sakura Hall. Last bus departure is scheduled at 18.15. A reception starting at 19:00 will precede the banquet. The IJNMBE Best PhD Award will be announced during the banquet.The bus back from Aquarium arrives at Sendai station-east gate around 22.00.
